Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your AutoTherma sun shade. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Damaged/Defective Items:
If your sun shade arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or provide a full refund (including return shipping).
